Things were quite hectic at work. Ate out for dinner a lot or skipped it. But, last night, I went grocery shopping, cooked dinner, and prepped a few meals for the rest of the week. Planning is really the key for me.

I haven't kept up with my February habit. I had a tough weekend because I did take several things too seriously/personally. Well, that's why I am here, I am going to try again and keep reminding myself. Today went so so, I did manage to keep a sense of humor at work when things were less than steady or manageable.
