Good morning all!

Both done, in spite of the late night. A big group of people taking note of what you get done really does help with that extra fillip of energy you need when you're sleepy and uninspired and thinking of skiving off. Thanks, everyone!

Awesome anseris! Well done!

I also had a rough night, but I managed to get up at 6:15 and do my 15 minutes. Go me :P

Anseris, I completely agree with you about the effect accountability has. Thanks everyone!

I cooked and ate white beans and rice last night. Definitely agree that accountability helps. I was really kind of embarrassed that I slacked and didn't post for a couple days. I was excited to go shopping and cook so I could report the good news.

Did not make it yesterday either. I need to figure out better strategies for dealing with eating out/having friends over/parties, which is clearly where the problem lies. I don't want to cut those things out, and I don't want to do them without drinking at all, but I need to figure out how not to have that third glass of wine.

Hi all,
I apologize - I've been bad about posting here. In fact, I can't remember the last time I did! But I have been doing pretty well challenge wise if only because I've been traveling on business and I've been forced to stick to a schedule. I think that's a good thing - I think it's helped get me on track. Hope your challenge is going well.

The accountability is definitely the thing keeping me conscious
of my actions. Completing has always been an issue with me
so I am happy to report that I completed my challenge again
today.

Yay ZenHabits and all the 30 day challengees.

Ok - done. And I think my posture is getting a little better (or at least I am more aware of it).

The combo of accountability and choosing something that I really want to be routine are key. Did some abstracts in colored pencil today. Early! (according to my schedule and recent habits, at least). Check.

Didn't make it - although I was close, 6:00am. My CFS is making it really hard this week, I'm only getting two hours a of sleep a night (for the last two nights, before then I got at least 4-5), although I managed some REM sleep last night which helped a lot, normally I wake up too regularly to get into a REM cycle properly.

Soldiering on regardless!

Like others who posted today, I appreciate the accountability built into this challenge. I met my goal of writing/revising at least an hour before noon, but procrastinated until 11 a.m. before starting -- I wouldn't have started at all if I hadn't known I had to report progress. As typical, once I did start, I was able to put in more than my minimum amount of writing over the course of the day.

Good wishes for great progress for all of us tomorrow!
