Good morning all! And congratulations to everyone who's still checking in on the final week of the challenge.

I missed the alarm this morning, but not by much. Wrote 500+ words.

Morning all and good luck for the final stretch.

I dropped the ball this weekend and missed Saturday and Sunday. I am however confident that I have established the habit on working days. I got up this morning at 6:15 and did 15 minutes of tai chi.

Sat down to plan Friday and Saturday, no net access yesterday (even on my phone).

Tiring great workout, but no running (again!). Looks like the workout has become a habit, but sadly the running hasn't.

Sunday Evening - DONE!

I like what Stephen Covey says in todays post...
"Eventually you’ll discover that your sense of honor will become greater than your moods..."

This habit of the nightly routine is greater than if I am feeling tired or bored or busy.

This seems to be getting more difficult as the month goes on! Challenging weekend.

It's a good morning indeed! End of the month already? Wow, time is flying fast...

Thursday through Sunday evenings: meditated 3 of 4. Have to remember that I need to meditate BEFORE having a beer...

Pulled a muscle in my back last week, so didn't make the second gym visit. May have made up for it over the weekend, however: trimmed trees, hauled off brush, painted an outbuilding,and prepared the flower beds around the entire perimeter of the house. Sore as all get out this morning.

Bag is packed and ready to restart the gym practice this week.

I haven't posted in a few days...which doesn't mean I haven't been working on my habits.
This month, however, I definitely bit off more than I can chew. I think I'll be continuing with the same habits through March to see how the extra time serves me.
The plus side to this is that my awareness is higher than it was, so at least I'm aware of what I want to be doing.

Haven't done ANYTHING for the past 5 days. However, I still haven't touched that much soda (I think once in the past 9 days, so whoo!).

I'm going to see if I can finish the rest of this month up, but I'm not holding any promises. Its hard to get that goal in here. I apparently need something simpler. Hm.

This past week I've missed checking in quite a bit but only missed writing the todos twice. Bot times though I had plans for the day, not really time for getting todos done, so I feel that's OK. Not every day is a productive day.

been very sick the past couple of days, so did not post. today spent 15 hours straight working no time to eat, let alone get on the net. While with fever i caved and checked email and net for a lot of the day on friday. Saturday did well, and sunday forgot myself and checked the net for a minute at 11:30, but I am counting it against myself. Did well today.
Still a struggle sometime this habit!
