Good morning!

Dropped the ball again this morning. Missed the alarm by a good hour and only had time for about 200 words.

Next month I'm going to have to work on a habit of getting out of the office while the sun is still up. Getting home late means eating late means sleeping badly means... etc.

was sick for a while, so I'm calling it quits. I'm still writing every day for the rest of the month, but since I won't be keeping to my goal anyway, I don't think it's worth keeping tabs on it anymore.

Got up at 6:15, did 15 minutes of Tai Chi.

Sat down to plan before leaving the office last night (had to pull a late one :/ )

After getting little done yesterday, I made an early start today and put in an hour and a half of writing before breakfast. Now the challenge will be to continue and make the rest of the morning as productive. Good luck to all on our last week of the February challenge!

PS: avferreira, sorry about the sickness, and good luck with the remainder of the month. If you want to keep tabs on the original goal anyway, feel free to keep posting. It encourages us all (at least me, anyway) to see how others are doing.

I've been sticking with it, and way too busy to check in. I stayed out so late for three nights in a row that I >had< to stay in and get some sleep. This has been a very successful challenge for me, although I haven't been keeping up with the forum. It's there in the back of my mind, and it helps to keep me accountable. At the same time, having fun and being around people is self-reinforcing, it turns out, even for a shy person like me.

Next month I think I will try to walk or practice yoga daily.

Woke up at 9:30am today, was too tired from last night's studying. Did the exercise.
It's been hell trying to keep up with schedule because I'm so behind in schoolwork. 2 midterms tomorrow it's killing me. Still gotta look through homework solutions and stuff, gonna be take a while. Things should be better by this weekend.

Well, Saturday (er, I think), I forgot about doing my exercises until I was already in bed. I did some resistance exercises in bed to do something. Sunday I thought about it for half a second and then didn't do them and didn't post. Monday, I went to yoga and did my exercises and did them again today.

All that said, I started this Feb 4th and I have now missed one day (or two depending on how you count) so I am either 22/23 or 21/23.

I still think it is a good idea...
