I've done my ten minutes, though I'm having a hard time finishing the blog post it's for. I think the problem is that I'm worrying more about quality of writing. I'm feeling as we approach the end of the month that I've been able to do far more than just 10 minutes of writing every day, but I'm not convinced that what I'm writing is any good! Perhaps that will have to be part of my goal for next month... Not sure how to implement quality control in developing a habit.
Oh, and now the application crashed so all the work I did after the 10 minutes is GONE. Hmm. Maybe it's a sign...

My goal was simple --- just to write out 3 MITs each night, for the following day.
So far, I have done this every night.
I've even followed through and actually finished MOST of the MITs I set for myself.
That has meant, among other things, that I have gotten up earlier with an improved morning routine that includes my quiet time and exercise.
The results have been amazing! I am so much more in peace and calmness and order. (Considering that my husband was downsized out of his job this week, that is coming in handy.)
I am starting to think about what habit I will add for next month.
