Depression is disease that can be cured through finding Happiness and inner-peace. I believe that happiness starts by learning about what makes us happy, and then trying to achieve that ... so it's really important to explore & learn first before we decide our path in life.

You misunderstand. Its not hard to obtain. It is there every minute of every day if you choose it. How many chances would that be in just one day - 24 hours/60minsperhour/60secspermin.... You get my jist. :D
