Ran this morning. Need to get a commuter mug or something--can only consume a smoothie so fast, and I keep being late for work. And I am *not* getting up any earlier--I'm at 5:30 now and I still can't seem to make it to bed before 10:30.

I did my back exercises today. My neck is hurting though so I am trying to see my chiropractor tomorrow.
I did not eat after 8:30.
I was at a chocolate shop today (yum!) and really needed some water. Instead of using their plastic cup for 10 seconds, I realized that I had my coffee cup in my purse and used that. Yay!

I am loving reading about all the things you are doing! It is very inspiring and you are giving me ideas for future challenges.

Slacked last night again. I cleared out my sink, but didn't finish the rest of my routine (getting stuff ready for today, cleaning up for a few minutes). It backfired this morning, I was late for work, and my 10:00 appointment was over an hour early, waiting for me. Yuck.

I wish I could get mad at myself and just get up. But in the morning, I just forget that I'm mad at myself... :roll:

Up late reading Ralph Waldo Emerson ... FAIL ... maybe

I think I need to drop the sleeping time habit now, seeing as I'm not making any progress, because being unemployed means not having to wake up so damn early. (Yes, yes, I am spending time every day looking for a job, it's already a habit).

As for the shaving habit, it's working splendidly!

I went bike riding with my brother. It was fun. We took turns on the pegs.
We laughed a lot. And we talked and walked on the way back. We also went
out to lunch with our dad. It was nice yet the tummy ached.
