Yes to yesterday and today. I went to a class yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at how much my strength has increased just in the last two weeks. So I'm not just doing it -- I'm happy to be doing it.

definately very funny day... beware of the ides of March so Shakespear said. Perhaps some truth in it.
Managed to get up early. Goal done and had a great morning. That part of the day went great. However some undefined boredom is came over me in the afternoon and I wasted time wondering what the point is of it all. Suppose just some games of the mind...
Still to do for today i my new greek word. Getting the book now.

ok, i went to see my chiropractor today and he knew exactly what i was talking about...he gave me some more exercises to do which i need to add on to my habit.
no food tonight after 8:30 but altogether too many manhattans!!! thanks to my SO for urging me to stay with it even though I was craving something (silly) after 8:30.
no disposable cups were harmed in this post.
until tomorrow.

Managed both washing up and clothes out night before, though had take-out so there wasn't much - but would normally have left it, simply because there wasn't much.

This day I got out a lot cos the sun was shining. I went to my brother's
to pick up a firewire cable on my bike. I was getting nervous about the future too
much cos I thought I'd have to save all my documents and re-install Windows.
I didn't have to so the worrying was of no use. I went back again to see him to hang out
later on. We walked to the record shop and I got WHY's first album, yet I was looking for
their most recent. It was a good day.
