Okay.. better today. woke up at 6:05. Time to reduce by another 5 min tomorrow.

Meditated: Thursday, Friday and Sunday evenings.
Professional enrichment: Thursday left home early, sick; sick all day Friday - so none.
Exercise/C25K: None through the weekend, still sick. Bleargh.

It's a new week. I'm feeling a little better, and hope to get back on track with C25K/gym tomorrow.

No and yes. I did not get up on time but adjusted to follow my morning routine. Had excellent time of study, meditation and prayer.

Was out of town for the weekend, so that disrupted my normal routine. Did meditate Friday morning in the hotel room, but no running or meditating Saturday or Sunday, and this morning I didn't get up early enough. Hope to be back on schedule tomorrow if I can get to bed good and early tonight.

Did it early, and a good thing, too -- I was at work for 12 hours today. At least when a day goes off the rails like this, I can count on fitting in one crucial piece of self-maintenance.

Ok, I did my back exercises and went to yoga.
I didn't use any disposable cups today.

I did eat after 8:30. My SO is out of town and I had to put all the kids to bed and, gosh darn it, I wanted a treat. So I had one.

Tomorrow I am going out late so I most likely will eat after 8:30 tomorrow night, too.

Did clear out my sink and pick out my clothes for today. I didn't, however, manage to do any extra cleaning (I've been trying to add a few minutes of cleaning to my routine).

The other day, I had to run to school to meet with a friend on
our animation project. I wrote about it on my blog. I also talked
to a couple of cute girls when I had to do my video for the classroom.
Later on my friend who is also a girl talked to me on the bench. Good day.
