Didn't write my MiTs last night, but I did manage to get up by 6:15! Opening my door and letting kittens jump up and down on me and shred my bed sheets helped significantly.

Ok, so Day 2 of my ZTD effort was already a bust. Did some of the daily stuff and basic errands, but missed all three MITs. Wife and Work and Exhaustion are my middlin' excuses.

So far today, day 3, I did one MIT, two to go.

Will update later after next two are done.

About 300 words this morning. I delayed posting because I thought I'd be able to write more tonight, but it's now 21.00 and I'm only just leaving the office. I was in at 7.30. It's a night for crashing.

So...yesterday was a bust, a blur.

I think I did my back exercises but for the life of me can't actually remember.

I ate after 8:30 which was ok because it was a special occasion.

A colleague was in town yesterday and he offered to get me a coffee and walk to get his car. I said yes to the walk and then when we got to the coffee place (inside work) I said, "oh no! i forgot my cup!" His response was to very calmly say, "Ok, we can swing by your desk to get it." The barista was rolling her eyes though. We got his car and then swung by my desk, picked up my car and voila! I didn't use any disposable coffee cups. Yay! It also started a very interesting conversation which I appreciated.
