Yes - and this was interesting. I had been snoring so I wore a Breathe Right strip. My sleep was much improved! Dreamed more...felt like "weekend" sleep. Woke up and (nearly) immediately got out of bed. And this was after two nights in a row of short sleep. Hope this was not a coincidence!

Seems like today was a successful day for a lot of us. For me, too, though my practice was a little shorter than normal. I got all absorbed in the paper, what with all the economic and political news.

Love to all,

MfC

I haven't been checking in here daily, but I have been keeping track of my goals with joesgoals.com

Here are my numbers up to today:

[January] 30 minutes of reading/day: 15/19
[February] 2 sets of push-ups/day: 15/19
[March] 15 min. writing/day: 12/19

Not too bad overall. Still need to gain consistency with my writing.

FAIL.

No need for excuses, but didn't shave until after an email check.

Did neither goal (washing up, clothes night before). Hit exhaustion point after a crazy busy week and difficult phone call. This is the hard spot as this is when the new systems, which have been working so well for a month or so, tend to fall apart. I don't want to have to start again this time.

Another contributing factor: have been one step behind on the washing up for days, ie, a draining board full of drying dishes rather than putting everything away. That extra step makes a difference.
