So, it's {9/10} for my 30-day challenge.

Ran this morning.

If anybody had told me three months ago I'd be getting up at 5:30 to go running, I'd have said they were nuts.

FAIL.

At this very moment, I've yet to shave.

Just a little over. I could have estimated something wrong too.

Words written. Some of them in the evening. The days are getting shorter down here, and getting out of bed in the mornings becomes more challenging. Will probably have to work on my morning routine for next month's habit.

Back on track a bit with washing up, did it all before bed although I was very tired. Also got my own clothes ready - didn't do ds' but that's not an 'official' part of the goal - and it made this morning much easier. On track, just.

Had meltdown on Tuesday too when I missed 2 appointments - been trying to introduce too many new systems at work and overloaded. Next habit needs, I think, to be ubiquitous capture device - both using and processing - so I don't miss stuff again, it's incredibly stressful and makes me feel horrible. I can't forgive myself for missing appointments - I very rarely do it, but overwhelm and exhaustion are pretty powerful at the moment.
