Woke up earlier by 5 mins at 5:50 am.... I can't believe I used to wake up at 6:30. I guess the key is slow and small changes.

So, it's {10/11} for my 30-day challenge.

Yep, did yesterday. I will do a shortened version today, since I'm doing a morning vigil for Good Friday. Man, though, I have been >good.<

Meditated last night.
No professional enrichment yesterday - migraine.
Completed C25K run session, and weights workout.

Considering taking next month "off" to consolidate the habits obtained in Jan/Feb/Mar. We'll see.

Yesterday was my scheduled vacation day. Didn't work out very well, because I was thinking all morning I should work instead, and did do a little work. Ultimately I didn't have the satisfaction of a vacation day or the productivity of a work day. Then today I had trouble getting back to work, and didn't meet my challenge. So I switched to another project for this afternoon, and did get the satisfaction of completing work that could lead to another project in the future. Unfortunately, that will be a scholarly project that is likely to pay very little, if at all, but I suspect that it will offer personal satisfaction, and that is meaningful.

Went from bed to coding ... didn't shave till later (which is still better than yesterday, but I'm off on a lot of things thanks to my new projects)

Slipping. Wrote 300 words in the morning and meant to continue after work, but went for a drink with a friend and after such a long week was unable to stop at one. So that was the end of that! And I've been so good with the booze lately. Should have kept a vigil instead.
