Had a good morning run. There was a runner in front who acted like a pacer in the last 2K, which was great!

A decent practice this morning. Very grumpy after a great Easter. I'm trying to think ahead to next month's challenge, whether to do something concerning writing or another physical fitness one -- specifically, walking a minimum number of steps daily. Hmm.

Well, I've been out for the long weekend travelling, haven't been home since Friday, and was sick last week, so really I'm kind of counting 10/18... but still, doesn't help to build a habit. Now's the time to get back on track. I did restart nicely this morning, I got up early and was at the office on time, for once! :)
