Opps. Started OK but rather lost the plot so will pick things now and continue into April as I haven't developed the habits during March!


March (and April) 08 goals
1) Write down 3 MIT each day - most days done.

2) No eating after 9pm - Err - starting again (or rather stopping again) today!

Didn't meet my challenge today, although I did put in approximately 2 1/2 hours later in the day. I had some unexpected emails I had to answer this morning, so I wasn't able to start the challenge in time. Having failed in that regard, I seemed unable to get myself back on track until late in the afternoon. It would have been much more satisfactory if I had just gone ahead with starting the writing at 11:00 AM and put in the 2 hours by 1:00 PM, rather than treating being unable to start by 10:00 AM as a total deal breaker. I shall gird my loins for better adherence tomorrow. Good luck to all of us who are still checking in with our challenges!

Done. I knew I was going to stay out late last night, so I did my before bed routine earlier. Cleared out the sink, picked out my clothes for today, and the cleaning part consisted in emptying my suitcase from the weekend.
