Hopefully I'll make it enough of a habit this week to take it forward into April!

March (and April) 08 goals
1) Write down 3 MIT each day - +1

2) No eating after 9pm - +1

Meditated. Looked around for my meditation CDs but couldn't find them--hoping they might help a bit with the concentration issue. Not something that comes naturally.

I had trouble getting started and I was going to give up and do something else. But instead, I opened my file at 10:25 and worked for 2 1/4 hours. I'm going to give myself credit for meeting the challenge for today, even though I didn't complete 2 hours until 12:25 rather than noon. Close enough, especially since I managed to overcome my urge to give up. Good luck to all for the day!

i will probably continue this challenge into april. if i continue having so much trouble with it, i will have break it down smaller and start with only tracking calories in the morning and take it from there...

A decent yoga practice, though a little short. I went online before starting, and ended up writing a grumpy letter to the New York Times. Also fiddled with email. It occurs to me that if I'm going to establish, say, a writing habit, then I will have to absolutely forbid all morning internet.

Morning yoga seems to be a pretty firmly established habit now. I don't really have to push myself, and few or no excuses occur to me: I just do it.

Good luck to all,

MfC

Shined the sink, and spent the entire evening trying to pick stuff up, although I didn't get very far along... I didn't however, pick my clothes out, but I'll give myself credit for the day anyway. I need to be kind to myself these days :P
