Not terrifically productive, but challenge done for the day. Had a harder time this month, but I also set myself a more difficult challenge than in February.

The last two days I have only partially completed my challenge.

I can feel a difference in my attitude as well. The negative thoughts
have crept in more easily and stayed just a little longer it seems.

Consistency is definitely the key.

I kind of started my April Habit early because I did a fruit/raw veggies fast yesterday and I'm going to give up refined sugar for April so I thought I may as well start today with a nice clean system. I managed just fine, apart from I absent mindedly put some mango chutney on my curry at dinner. *facepalm* I didn't think about that till after I'd eaten it. Still, it was only a teaspoon and I havn't officially started yet...

Just back from vacation. Ran one day, meditated two days although in an even more half-assed fashion than usual, so there was only one day I didn't do either. Ran this morning, too.

My final numbers for March were:

January goal (read 30 min./day): 27/31 [87% completion rate]
February goal (pushups to fail 2x/day): 22/31 for 1,141 pushups [71% completion rate]
March goal (write 15 min./day): 21/31 [68% completion rate]

Not completely happy with my progress on my March goal, so I'll be continuing to track it in April.
