4/10 9:45. Stayed out late last night, bf wanted to cuddle this morning and I just couldn't say no, no matter how many times the alarm rang, and even though I could picture myself posting that I had gotten up late. I eventually got out of bed at 8:30 (when I'm supposed to be at work already), upset and in a bad mood. He lives 40 mins away from work, so I'm really late this morning. What a bad way to start a week. :( Oh well.

Update: 10/14 Skipped the practice after all, I had other stuff pretty urgent to do... Also, I had to stay late at the office because of being late in the morning...

Did it on Saturday, not on Sunday when I was away from the house all day and pretty tired in the evening (and dumped boat stuff all over the place as usual).

I had an editing job that I had to take care of today (and which I did productively), and am still fussing with my income tax returns this evening, so had almost no time to work on my book. However, I identified a small action I could do, and I performed it, so I met my challenge for the day. See you tomorrow, folks.

Alright, well i know i'm extremely late in starting this months challenge but i figure can extend it into next month as well. Anyways, this month i plan to meditate daily for 10-15 minutes.
Today: 12 min, it wasn't as concentrated or as deep as i would have liked
