4/11 10:00. This is getting bad. I didn't even hear my alarm this morning, my cell (my most annoying alarm) was dead. I should've remembered to set the Big Ben before bed last night.

Update: 11/15 I had practice with my partner, and team practice, but neither were very efficient. Oh well. Still did it, right? I'll have to use some of these days (weekends!) to work on my own as well, that was really helpful.

Work inbox 26 down from 27 after a crowded, headache-inducing day at the office. Once again no time to get the personal inbox in order.

Success!
No refined sugar today- I've found not having it means I don't crave it anymore. Hurray!
One hour of work, probrably more than that. I went to the library and spent an hour finding the Neophilologus journal of literature edition for 1980 which contains the one precious article I need.

i haven't been doing so hot on this month's challenge.
upon reflection, i think i will make it more general since this is what i have been doing anyway.
instead of tracking calories, i will just focus more generally on eating well.

yesterday i ate pretty well.

Did it, for what it's worth.

I'm a little discouraged that all the other good habits that I managed to do for a month seem to have fallen by the wayside: tracking my finances, going out regularly, and doing yoga every morning. It seems like I'm only able to have one good habit at a time. Maybe I'll have to set the next goal for two months (which seems like a discouragingly long time), or rotate the same goals over and over again until they stick.

Are other people having trouble with backsliding on challenges that they succeeded at in the past?

Curious,

MfC

I stayed at school too long today. I was out of it with not enough food.

habit: meditate daily 10-15 minutes

15 minutes, felt very grounded and centered after I meditated. I was less concerned with my posture and focused more on being comfortable.

Goal: Exercise 30 minutes daily
Progress: On days 14 and 15 I missed out on this, in part due to sickness, in part due to day-long conferences at work (where I couldn't get out for a lunchtime walk). So I'm at 12/15 :( Need to get back on the wagon...
