5/12: 8:45! Sweet! I got to bed really late last night, but I took a page from someone else on this forum and actually set my alarm a bit later. No sense in setting it at 6:00 when I knew very well that I wouldn't get up before 7:30... And apparently, it worked! I'll try getting up early later, right now I just need to get up!

Update 12/16: Practiced with my partner again tonight. Didn't get to dancing solo, way too tired for that, I'm going to bed now.

This one is not going well. There are just days I'm not home enough, or too busy. Yesterday I had something in the evening I had to fix dinner for, and that took up all my time from when I got home from work until 11.
Still doing good on the exercise, though--ran yesterday, worked out this morning. Still flossing, too. Almost always manage to avoid surfing the web in my first hour at work and my first hour back from lunch, although yesterday I made an exception as I was going to have to be out of the office running cameras for a web broadcast starting an hour after I got to work (and continuing right through lunch, as it turned out).

Successful again, but again I had the alarm set later, 9am this time. I had a Dr. Appointment so I got to sleep in a little.

So far, everything went as planned. I do exercise a little every morning, I do have computer-free hour everyday. I haven't missed anything yet, so double 3/3.

It's been only 3 days now, but Ive already spotted some difficulties. That 3/3 sure wasn't flawless. Yesterday and today morning routine were horrible. Really. I woke up, got out of the bed and felt like doing nothing, yet I still got to go to the company. Thought of skipping one day (like: ok, one day off is nothing bad at all), but I kinda felt bad about that and forced myself to do exercises anyway... Two days ago and yesterday there were no problems with computer-free hour. For my surprise it went easier than morning routine, until today. Today I had to go out at 4pm for about 1,5h. It was just today when I had to go out. I usually don't do that at wednesdays. I came back at 5.30pm (5pm-6pm is my computer-free hour) and thought of turning my pc on. I explained it to myself that I already were 1.5h away from pc (4pm-5:30pm) and actually I've already made the computer-free hour, who cares if a bit earlier. I were just to press the power button, when I felt bad about that and I reminded myself that I made a promise with you guys! That alone made me not to turn it on. Thanks to you!

Really thank you and good luck in your challenges!

Met the challenge for today, in spite of a very busy workday. I am not giving myself credit for yesterday, however. I spent about 1/2 hour working on something, but even though I had to deal with other projects as well, I could have gotten significantly more done than I did. Still, today was much improved.

Today I did very little editing. Only two hours of work.
But I did it. I've been struggling with doing this and this
small achievement I am proud of. I also read a lot of Steve
Pavlina and thought about things he had to say. I began the day
right by meditating and making breakfast. I didn't do much today
but it felt like a lot cos I took it slow. Went to the park and read some.
Watched skateboarders. Went to the library.

Well, I did the work.
But then I ate some sorbet which has glusocse/fructose syrup in in.

In my defense the oven is broken and I didnt get the substantial dinner I'd been hooping for after my 2hr bike ride. Also I am PMSing, I wonder if this makes a difference to my cravings? That would be useful to know.
