Sat for about 10 minutes today. It was peaceful, and it was during the day so I was less sleepy.

Yesterday was a rough spot. Along with weekend as well.
I just felt anxious for a really long time. And hanging out with
my ex wasn't helping. I think there is some sexual intention that
clearly gets in the way of things. She says subtle comments that
just make me feel really off. I also was anxious because I didn't
wash my hands after pizza. Or I just didn't feel myself. If anyone has
any input I'd love to hear it. I felt like my life was just going in circles.
