Yesterday's and today's attempt were successful. Managed to do exercises in the morning, but I think the morning routine needs a change. I guess breakfast should come first, then exercises. But I'm not sure (really!). I'm a complete novice on exercises, so gonna do some research on that in a minute.
My computer-free hours went smoothly too. I started reading a book I bought some time ago. Ye, I'm that kind of person who buys books and then doesn't read them, because of 'lack of time'. I got quite hooked on reading now, so I think I will manage to read a few books I bought, but haven't read yet during these computer-free hours. And maybe even books will keep me away from PC longer than 1h a day.

Today I was incredibly anxious and bothered by negative thoughts, and then I sat down to meditate for 16 minutes which left me with feelings of calm and peace.

I am very grateful for this experience today because it provided me some much needed inspiration, as I have been losing motivation to meditate.

Yesterday from what I recall was pretty good.
I practiced piano so that I could relieve my anxieties.
I went to the bookstore and read DIY filmmaking stuff.
I chilled with my brother and sister.
