Don't think I managed 15 minutes yesterday, though I did some. Did unload the exercise machine on Craigslist, though, so that was some serious bedroom-decluttering. The manual for that came out of the study, anyway :).

I completed all my goals today. I have a terrible back ache, so I think the effort I have made in order to go to work by train has been greater than other days, and I'm terribly happy for that.

10/16 Actually set the alarm 15 minutes early, got up at 7:45 am. It probably helped that I accidentally cranked the volume way up on the radio when I set it the other night.

I was lazy and pretty busy today. But I still squeezed a 10 minute session in at the very end of the night. It was quiet, dark and peaceful, yet I don't feel like I have very much control over focusing my mind on the present for too long.
