What happened to the 27th?!?!
Yesterday, I had an off day. Didn't get anything done.
Woke up feeling good but then just went to the park and swung on the swings.
Today I'm off to a much better start.

Terrible Monday. Problems at work. But achieved to complete my two goals. I think that's good because these kind of days are less prone to goal-making.

I haven't posted for awhile but I've kept pretty consistent with this practice. Today I actually found some pretty good free podcasts for multiple types of meditation. I've found that having a guided meditation helps a lot, especially for beginners.
