Yesterday I only went in to work in the afternoon, I had to take the morning off as I was sick and exhausted.

Back on track this morning however, at the office at 8:35! So that's 9/21.

Will be going to the gym for yoga tonight.

I've found it a lot easier to focus my attention on the present when I use guided meditation. I'm using podcasts from meditationoasis.wordpress.com. It almost feels like cheating, but I realized I'm not at the stage where I can really meditate on my own quite yet.
