Today i went for a very nice 60 minutes jogging!! but i woke up kind of late.... 8:00 so my day is rushing
still, i feel so glad!

Ugh, I went to bed wayyy too late last night, just slept in this morning, although not as bad as yesterday.

Today's babystep is to do today's "mission": wash carpets and linens in the bathroom and clean the laundry room. I'll do that as soon as I get home, + my 15 min decluttering. Keep you posted!

I was just under my limit in terms of restricting time to political blogs....14:37 relative to my 15:00 constraint.

Now with some of the time gained...off to the gym.

Whoops, didn't do my exercise for the 13th, first scheduled session I've missed.

I normally do it as soon as I come in from work, but I was feeling hungry and thought, I'll eat dinner first, let that settle, then do the exercise later. Guess what, it didn't happen. :roll: Won't let that happen again!

I have to do more than talk about this. I am looking at how I fritter away my morning and then put this off until I am too frazzled to work on it in the evening.

I will have this started no later than noon on May 14 and make sure I have plenty of energy at the time. I am resisting a piece of my financial work that will yield if I simply start it.
