I keep getting up to my alarm at 0745 when I'm at home alone, then I hit the damn snooze button anyway. I planned it so even if I hit it once I can still accomplish my goal by getting up at 0754, but no, I just hit snooze again :( I need to work on this.

Did it again yesterday. Having it on the nightstand makes a big difference. If I'm already in bed when I think of it and it's in the other room, I'm not going to get up and go do it.

I come into this day with {5 of 10 since May 4}

Promise: 1 hour on accounts and finances daily

I have to do more than talk about this. I am looking at how I fritter away my morning and then put this off until I am too frazzled to work on it in the evening.

I will have this started no later than noon on May 14 (it is 08:10 right now where I am) and make sure I have plenty of energy at the time. I am resisting a piece of my financial work that will yield if I simply start it.

C25K - Week 6 Day 1 - Complete!

I skipped monday and tuesday because i didn't feel like getting out of bed so now I have more urgency to get it done by sunday.

Ran 21:30 minutes this morning on my way to 25.

Got up so late I didn't even bother to go to work before lunch. Getting pretty bummed again... I really need to not crawl back into bed! I even started making the bed, and then just lied down on top of it for "5 more minutes". Geez. Talk about lack of self-control...

Went a bit over today...Yesterdays democratic primary...and today's endorsements got me a little excited. 24 minutes...flipped on talk radio briefly on the way to work...just enough to remind me it is not what I want to listen to...
