5/11 Got up at 0730. Even with the girlfriend around. I had to get up early to trim the beard and pack some clothes for the next two nights.

I woke up at 7:30 and did my one hour jogging in the morinng, felt so good, but now i feel so tired... i think i will be on bed at 10 hopefully! :wink:

woken up late every day this week, therefore not done any yoga, running or weights. not good.
so far:

fitness - 4/8
i will be waking up early tomorrow and going for a run.

Did it last night--think I've only missed two days so far, and one of them I made up. Will be traveling again this weekend, so it will be a little complicated.

...goal to limit political blogs to 15 minutes...overdid by a long shot...(about one hour) though I have done far worse in the past.

11/15 wrote down my food-
now the weekend is here and that is really when the self care falls away. i have not been able to to do whatever challenge/task/habit i have set for myself on the weekend since i don't know when-months. I been doinging this since it started. i am writing this friday morning, 5/16 and am trying to get my mindset. it's a lot more to it than just writing don't my food but if i don't do that little bit of structure other things don't go as well. so i am double committing writing down my food on 5/16
