7/13 Alarm went off at 0730, I snoozed three times and got up at 0757. Apparently I didn't kick this snooze habit yet.

Managed all three days this weekend, although I was doing it by flashlight in my tent for two of them. This one has been way easier than I expected. I think it's been a helpful exercise, too. Last night I was stuck in traffic (construction, road narrowed) for a long time on an upgrade in my brother's stick-shift vehicle, and while I was not enjoying life much, I remembered to be grateful I'd already dropped off the boat.

Finally, finally, finally got over my boring injury, so now I'm back in the game, hoping to do yoga every day between now and the end of the month, and next month, too, I hope.
