Since today is a holiday, I'm not going into the lab! I realized that trying to make myself work EVERY single holiday AND every Saturday AND every Sunday is unrealistic. So being at the lab by 9:30 a.m. just applies to regular workdays Mon-Fri. :D
Goals for my day off:
Clean the apartment a bit
Yoga
Download a web time tracker on hubby's computer at home, so I can easily watch my web time when I'm at home as well.
Return two overdue DVDs I rented recently to the store
Finally pick up more calcium supplements
Go skating for a little
Prepare Visa application for my China trip

Once again, I've been away all weekend, but waking up pretty early for weekends as well (8:00 on Saturday, 7:15 on Sunday!)
This morning I got up with the alarm at 6:20... started getting ready... and then lied back down on my bed.
Well, I'll count it anyway, as I actually got up and out of bed, but now I realize what the problem is: my morning routine isn't automatic (or really decided on at all yet), so as soon as there's a lag of "what should I be doing right now? I lie back down, whether it be on the couch, in bed, on the made bed... and then it spirals downward.
So I'm going to keep concentrating on getting up in the morning, which is going fairly well, and next month, I'll be focusing on my morning routine some more. Geez, this is a much longer process than I was hoping for...
So anyway: 4/5
@Glowingskulls: those numbers represent the number of days we've completed our challenge throughout the month, as a way to keep track. Most people start at the beginning of the month, which is why the total number of days often corresponds to the day of the month we're on... I reseted my "meter" last week, because my numbers were so low I was getting discouraged...

Whoops, I kind of forgot yesterday was actually Monday! By the time I thought "wait, it's not Sunday!" it was too late to exercise. I also missed Friday as I had a bad back. So I have lost three sessions this month, but I don't think that's too bad. Out of 18 I should have done, I've done 15.

Also did all my babysteps, picked up hot spots, prepared my stuff for today and shined my sink. I didn't do my 15 min of decluttering session, however.
16/26 I think

Thanks for that. That's what I initially thought, but some people had a 2nd number that didn't correspond with the day of the month so I got confused, lol.
