Yesterday, I at least achieved several of my goals. I cleaned out the oven and ran for 45 minutes. I didn't get to meditate yesterday. I'll do my best to do that today as well as exercise and clean out the fridge. I like setting small tasks as they seem more achievable. Enjoy your day and may it be blessed.

No yoga yesterday or this morning. Yesterday I hiked and rock-climbed for >hours<, and I knew before I left that I would get a good enough workout to justify skipping yoga (except for a quick demo for a friend in the evening). This morning I wasn't sore, but I was still shaky and tired from yesterday's extravaganza. This afternoon I will at least do sun salutations so that I don't get too far off track. It's OK to skip one day, but for me skipping two leads to a lost habit.

That's the news from Tucson,

Haven't been here since the 16th...gradually spent more and more time blogging about the US Presidential race...with conversations becoming more and more acrimonious.

My goal had been to restrict activity to 15 minutes a day...

Last three nights sitting at the computer...until 2, 3, 4 am.

Think I will just try to stay away completely today...also am looking for the cartoon that says...

Wife: Honey...come to bed
Husband: I can't someone is wrong on the internet!

I guess imposing an arbitrary time limit on something is a bad approach (at least for me)...

If any have insights on this I would be glad to hear them...
