10/19 Got up on the first alarm at 0740. I had someone coming over to look at the plumbing and had to make sure I was up on time.

Didn't go running today, but went to the gym. I'm slowly getting back to my goals after the big break.

Boo, I let myself climb back into bed. It's always when I have a hesitation about what to do next because my brain is still foggy and I can't decide whether I want to climb in the shower, grab a cup of coffee or read the paper. Then I think: "what I really want is to be still in bed".
Ugh

Was up even earlier than usual because I had to get somewhere especially early for a project today.

Yup. Did it. Managed not to let quite a bit of off time get to me. Lovely practice, too -- inversions.

Wrote yesterday about the need to stay away completely from political blogging...
today..instead just did some without anger...and also turned on 'mee-timer' which warns me when I am going to a website I have labeled procrastination....
need to stay with this.
Thinking about june...perhaps mixed success with my web use suggests I should not add anything, but I bought ZTD recently and am thinking about whether the first habit can be addressed in the context of this Challenge
It seems ubiquitous capture is a continuous variable (e.g. got 87% of the stuff) and that it would be hard to come up with the right number because...well you didn't capture the stuff. Maybe a zero one outcome habit is what I need right now...(exercised, yes / no), but I don't think just carrying a notebook around should count as success. :?:
