6/6 Puppy let me sleep in....till 0720. This doesn't seem like a fair challenge seeing as how I pretty much have no option.

I have high hopes of achieving what I want to do today. Meditate, exercise, and read. I also need to grocery shop and clean the house. Wow, that list looks longer than it sounds! Yikes. All can be achieved grasshopper.. LOL Happy Thursday. Ashley S.

1) Mon-Fri, up at 7:45, out the door at 8:35 to ensure that I get to school by 9:30 5/21 (#1 EDITED on 6/11 to try to only be up by 7:45, other stuff for July)
2) Limit recreational internet use to 1 hour a day, everyday. No AIM. 7/30
3) Yoga for at least 20 min/day or 20 min/day of cardio 11/30
4) Put away for 1/5 of the money needed for plane ticket and misc. expenses for Togo & Benin trip this December /1
5) No beverages with artificial sweetener in them. Only 1 cup of coffee per day. No energy drinks. 10/30
6) One thesis-related academic journal article must be read per day. 11/30

Cleaned out at LEAST 500 papers and through them out, which I won't be taking back to college with me. So, thats about... 1 square foot of materials I won't be shoving back into a car to get back there.

Missed yesterday, slept in until 10am. I was just being lazy. I have to fight to give myself a reason to get up because I have no classes during the summer just work in the afternoon. Instead I'm making time for things I want to do not need to do.

Today was weird, I woke up at 6:50 this morning starving, so I ate something and that really woke me up. I think one key to rising early is that you have to get out of your room and get something in your stomach, whether it's food or water.

So yesterday was a bad challenge day, although the day was ok overall.
Woke up early-ish, because I had been to bed really early the previous night. But then I just crawled back into bed.

I'm not sure I can count this, but I actually finished a huge GTD review, which made me really happy. I didn't do any concrete actions, but since I've been trying to get through this for the entire week, I think I'll count it anyway. And I even got some stuff written for the website I've been working on.
