Clean last night, and the table is looking pretty good, too. The other half of the counter is still a mess.

7/7 Got out of bed at 0730. Puppy let me sleep in a little again :) He was still whining, but I was able to ignore it for a while.

Feeling a lot better now. Efficiency REALLY do comes when you FOCUS on ONE thing at a time and not multi-task things maybe unless you are a gifted multi-tasker. haha.

I woke early -- meditated, wrote for 30 minutes, went to yoga and organized ...TA DA!
Hiking in the Sierras has not happened so far this week
Writing down food for the last few days hasn't worked.
Right now I'm 3/5 for today...I'm good with that fraction

I'm done with work and will be focusing on articles tomorrow as it is Sunday and Father's day! 8)

1) Mon-Fri, up at 7:45, out the door at 8:35 to ensure that I get to school by 9:30 5/21 (#1 EDITED on 6/11 to try to only be up by 7:45, other stuff for July)
2) Limit recreational internet use to 1 hour a day, everyday. No AIM. 8/30
3) Yoga for at least 20 min/day or 20 min/day of cardio 12/30
4) Put away for 1/5 of the money needed for plane ticket and misc. expenses for Togo & Benin trip this December /1
5) No beverages with artificial sweetener in them. Only 1 cup of coffee per day. No energy drinks. 11/30
6) One thesis-related academic journal article must be read per day. 12/30
I actually did more than double the reading and more than double the yoga on 6/14 and gave myself retro credit for 6/13 since I had an evening crisis on 6/13 to tend to.
