Long story short: I have managed to keep my sink sparkling clean and dry when I leave the house and when I go to bed, and mostly when I'm home.

I have appreciated having this goal. For the most part, I have kept my dishes up to date, the counter clean, and my kitchen in general quite tidy. However, the only thing I MUST have done is a clean sparkling sink. There were a few nights recently where I still had my dinner dishes in the sink as I was heading to bed. I have been ridiculously tired lately, and was too tire to do them. So I took the dishes out of the sink, sparkled the sink, and went to bed. Sounds crazy! I realise this! However, next morning when I woke up and saw the shiny sink, I smiled, and promptly did all the dishes and kitchen clean up (in a shorter time than my tired-self would have done it the night before). So, so far, all is good.

This week will be a challenge as my husband is in Amsterdam on business until Friday. i have two boys of my own and I'm keeping my 7 year old nephew so I won't have time to exercise except maybe with my Pilates DVD. I can still read and meditate at night after the hooligans have gone to sleep.. A challenge indeed. Happy Monday.. Ashley S.

woke up at about 9:30 today, not really on track for my goal of rising at 7:30. I was just kind of lazy this morning, I didn't see any need to get up any earlier.

The mornng session has set, but remembering the evening session is still a challenge... left the office late last night and arrived home too tired for routines. Pushups clean slipped my mind. Just created an alert on my phone to remind me tonight.

I'm still satisfied with my progress
1/ Eat "healthy" 5 days per week >>> I did it all of past week
2/ Run 2 x 45 minutes every week >>> I ran once 45 and once only 20 minutes (family constraints)
