Not doing good. This morning I actually got up when the alarms (yes, plural) went off at 6:30, but after showering and getting dressed I realized that I still had an hour and a half before I needed to be leaving for work, and that I was a little sleepy. So I reset the alarms and crashed. D'OH!

I'm finding that what is making this hard is that I don't have anything that NEEDS to be done in the morning before I go to work, so I'm not motivated enough to get up (or stay up). There's plenty I WANT to do, but that seems to not be motivation enough. Grrr. . . 0/5

Wasn't able to post yesterday as no net connection. Went to the Gym today, will be going again on Wednsday. Lets see if I keep this up. Right now, time to relax. 8)

Woke this morning around 8:30 which is definitely good for me, especially considering this morning I didn't have to go to work or anything, rather I went to go workout.

The problem though is that I can't seem to get through the day anymore without taking at least a deep sleeping one hour nap around mid-afternoon. I mean last night I got about 8.5 hours of sleep last night but I'm still extremely tired during the day, until after a nap.
