I just finished my gratification goal.

This month I am going to challenge my eating habits and eating the good stuff.

So for 30 days no more junk food. This is going to be hard but I have to push through.

I was too damn lazy in the morning when the alarm went off, so couldn't do the morning run. Worked out at the gym in the evening though.

I finished all my Mit's for today and hope to continue it for the entire week. The only task remaining is writing a journal which I intend to do now.

Clean last night, and every night this weekend. This has been a pretty easy one. I'm also still keeping my gratitude journal (last month), and I floss pretty often, if not absolutely every night, and I run three times a week, though I haven't formed any consistent habits as far as what to do on the other days (have gone to the gym and also meditated--right now it tends to be housework and reading the paper, and sometimes sleeping in until 6). I've gotten pretty bad about not using the internet my first hour at work and first hour back from lunch, although that's partly because I found I was then surfing the second hour, which is getting into my most productive time of day.

End of the month, I did fairly well. I'm dropping my simplifying/cleaning habit since I won't be home for two weeks next month. I have no idea what I'm going to do for next months goal....

i did not too well, 13/30. very hectic month and the first things to go is my selfcare. will now try again for july.
july is not up yet but my goals will be to write down my food and to not eat past 8. i am too impatient to stick to one goal, i hope it is not a setup. both goals/tasks are critical to my selfcare and quality of life. good luck to all

Kitchen counter was clean last night, too, although it was a bit challenging as I got home late. That was one of my better months--I only missed a day or two. I was expecting it to be much harder.

Today I took a pretty long time in solving the sudokus, in fact I was continuously committing mistakes, lack of concentration could be one reason. But I finally managed it, but it consumed my time till noon, when I finally got it right. The best part in following the schedule was me not giving up at any point of time nor feeling any frustration creeping in. The second half had another happiness in store for me. Today was my second attempt in doing a difficult yoga exercise and I succeeded in doing it. I felt ecstatic at that moment. I could not arrange any rack today as I did not have time. Excluding that I completed all my MIT's.
