Hi there :o

Challenge:
I will do something everyday in the process of selecting the best on line masters program for me.

What I did:

Wrote out a format of questions I will use when I speak to some of the alumnae of one of the programs I interested in.

1 for 1

Got up at 6, at work at 8, and had a productive day until 5. Good day.

Went swimming, did longer than yesterday (24 pool lengths)

Didn't read last night. Bf was feeling really down after a disastrous day at work, so I went to visit him to cheer him up, and we went to bed early. Not at all what I had planned, but I'm still really happy with my decision. (I just can't miss 2 days in a row!).

Meditate Daily:
Morning - start small, meditation for 5 minutes
Evening - really didn't feel like it, as it was late, but set a timer for 10 minutes and meditated again.

Got distracted last night and didn't get to bed till 11:30 (was aiming for 10)

However, I went for a morning jog/run with the dogs, and spent hours creating a spread sheet of my overwhelming housework I must get at. As my son said, I could have gotten at least one thing done in the time I did the spreadsheet! Pretty overwhelming as I have 3,892 hours worth of housework in 16 zones, with 3 to 5 tasks in each zone. That's only 973 days, spending 4 hours a day. Or 486 days, at 8 hours a day (so much for the sleep plan!)

Tonight I'm off to bed early: reading Matthew, just short passages. Very inspiring. Will journal about it tomorrow.
