Not a stellar day. Nothing much in the kitchen, so I made up a couple of peanut paste and honey sandwiches. I'd eaten them both by the middle of the day and was still hungry... so went out and bought a couple of cheese sandwiches. Also vegetables from the market to add to them, so I did get to show my independence from the shops just a bit.

Managed to get to bed by 10:30 last night, maybe a little earlier. Need to add not to snack after 8pm, as I polished off half a box of cheerios in search of a bedtime munchy snack. Good sign I should have gone to bed even earlier. Woke up with pain in my liver, and didn't sleep well. So new goals, one to support the other:

to bed by 10pm

Goal: spend some time doing stuff around the house every day (uncluttering, organizing, etc)

My challenge :
I will do something everyday in the procees of selecting the best on line masters program for me.

What I did today:

Continued to fill out application for one of the top 2 schools I want to attend
Sent out transcript requests to my alama mater for my top 2
Began drafting answers to some of the application questions
Called alumnae to get their take. Unfortunately, I didin'y catch anyone today, But I left messages and the "interviews " will fall into place, eventually.

Only drank one can of caffeinated soda, however I did also have some ginger ale (decaffeinated). I'm giving myself a half point! 2.5/3 :-D

Didn't floss again last night but used mouthwash instead. I keep falling asleep unexpectedly at my girlfriend's house. No half points this time. 0/3

Terrible day, got up really late, wasn't really productive at work.

Went downtown to watch the festival, and walked a lot (2+ hours), including stairs... I decided that would count as workout... for this time.

Got home way too late and too tired to read before going to bed.

Meditate Daily:

It's hard to keep habits when "the daily routine" has been changed...
I took a half-day and then traveled by car about 3 hours to go visit
my family. It's take some discipline, but still did some meditation
in the morning and evening for about 10 mins.

Dieting is a hard goal but I gotta keep at it.
