Wishing a good Independence Day to all the US citizens out there... and bom trabalho to the rest of us!

Another vegetarian pasta salad for me today, which is good except that I also ate pasta last night. I live mostly on pasta and stir-fries. Going to have to expand my menu.[/i]

July challenge: make my own lunch on workdays. Don't use any meat.

Yesterday was yet another bad morning.

However, today was good! I got up at 5:30 (2/4), did my push-ups (2/2) and went jogging (2/4).

The doctor gave me some singulair for my exercise-induced asthma, we'll see how that works out over the next week or so :)

Looking forward to relaxing and then having a great week next week.

Fred's Challenge:

I will do something everyday in the procees of selecting the best on line masters program for me.


What I did today:

Wrote draft answers to 4 essay type questions required on one of the apps
Also put together a draft letter of intent.


Good progress on both

Had a wedding today so was happy I got everything in. Only 20 minutes of work but I'm counting it nonetheless.

Friday was a good day, got up a little late, because I went to bed soo late the previous night, but still made it to work on time, and had a really productive day.

Friday night my mom and sister were still in town, and I went out to a concert, so no workout.

Got home way too late and too tired to read before going to bed, again.
