Well, I made it to my bedroom by 10:15, and enjoyed the time on my own to sort clothes, pack for a journey today. Didn't get to sleep until after 11, but woke up bright eyed at 4:30. Wrote a little speech I'm going to deliver at my parent's 61'st wedding anniversary tonight! The mind is really alert, and fresh first thing.

To bed by 10:30
No bad snacking (just a banana!) after supper
Started housework! :shock:

1/30 I did not eat any junk food today. This is hard to remain on a diet or cut junk food off. My mentality seems to be blocking me from loosing weight. I just have to change this around.

Lets keep moving !!

Well, I got up out of bed as soon as I woke up but I didn't wake up at 9 AM. I did sleep at a relatives house due to the wedding yesterday so I'm counting it as 0.5.

Fred's Challenge:

I will do something everyday in the procees of selecting the best on line masters program for me.

What I did today:

Continued to Work on letter of intent. Not done but closer to a final product
Also contacted an alumnae. Got his voicemail but left a msg.
Reviewed websites for top two programs on my list, read testimonials and online newsletters from both schools.
Made out a checklist of what I still need to apply to SHU. Need to update my resume and pick a good representative work sample.

Weekends are off days to get up early, but I still got some work done on Saturday for other projects. Happy.

Again, no real workout. But I did wash my car! :D

No reading, and I doubt it's going to happen this week at all, since it's the Summer Festival in town, and I really really enjoy going to discover new music. Oh well, I'll make it a top priority next week.
