This morning I woke up at 5:30 (3/5), did my push-ups (3/3), but since I've come down with a cold, I did not jog (2/5). It's also getting really hot and humid, even at this early hour of the morning. It's really not helping me get motivated and out the door.

Yeah hard to be motivated with these outside factors.

I stayed with my Routine: (EFFICIENCY: ONE TASK at A TIME! LIVE WITH THE PRESENT!)
Monday:
1. Checked emails, etc. once in the AM.
2. GYM Day (But didn't slept quite well last night so I wasn't really feeling it. TSK! TSK!!!!! )
3. Checked my emails again ONCE tonight.

Need a pretty good long sleep tonight... time to chill and relax. 8)
Live once a day, HAPPILY and EFFICIENTLY. 8)

I tanked it bad over the long weekend. Went 0 for 3 on all four of my goals :oops:

This morning was amazingly easy though. Everything seemed natural and felt great. Didn't really have to force myself too much.

Wake up at 6:30 4/7
Morning bike ride 3/7
Shave 3/7
Brush, floss, mouthwash 4/7

Good so far, though I went to the grocery store last night so I have another one I need to enter now. I did some filing and reconciling over the weekend and finally found my last paper pay statement with the access code I needed to get into the new improved electronic system, so if I could just find my May credit union statement I could get all caught up.

Just got back from the beach on July 6th and lost 3 pounds due to watching what i eat and constant exercise. Yeah! Let's see if I can keep it up at home. Have a great Monday! Ashley S.

Fred's Challenge:

I will do something everyday in the process of selecting the best on line masters program for me.

Continued work on letter. Used the letter wizard in Word to format . Getting closer.

Got up and to work on time - but then had a very non-productive day. I get half a point... although I was at the bf's, which makes it easier to get up, I still think I earn the half point...

Not too good. Okay, I'll blame the weather too :) Anyway, have been getting upstairs to my bedroom earlier generally, but not quite 10. What i'm struggling with is eating poorly after supper. That is affecting my sleep, so that even if I get to bed at a good time, I'm not sleeping well, and wake up tired.

Clean slate, start again. It's 9:18 now, NO EXCUSES!
