Good morning all!

Made up my salad again. Was actually rather late after chopping all that parsley, but no one here at the office said anything.

Today is a great day! Anseris, are you really putting 12 ingredients in every day?! I made a salad for lunch yesterday and was thinking of you. Refreshing is a great word for a weekend. More vegetables on my shopping list today, thanks to you!

I did very well yesterday and today. In bed before 11 (not quite early enough, but better than the night before). Had a great sleep (just a banana after 8; supper was around 7), and woke up about 7:30am feeling refreshed!

Goal for today is to do:
housework/organizing/laundry/decluttering until noon, then
mosey on over to the office and get some work done. Didn't get there yesterday.

im doing so well so far!! been keeping track of every single thing i put in mymouth and cutting my calorie intake by about seven hundred without feeling hungry or deprived at all. yesterday i had a couple of really strong urges- to the point where i put the bad food in the microwave but then i thought it over and resisted. havent eaten anything unhealthy either. drinking tons of water. woo im proud of myself today [^-^]

I'm tempted to only give myself half a point for the work part. I did work but my mind wasn't in it and I just rushed through it at the end of the day. Still, I did say that this month I just want to do a little every day. Next month I start focusing more on the quality of my work and study.
